- At Least 2-3+ years experience as a LEAD or FOREMAN in fence installation, in either residential or commercial settings
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as well as a reliable way to get to work each day
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Motivated self-starter with great problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Previous experience with powered equipment
- Willingness to work in a team setting
- Willingness to work outdoors in hot/cold and wet/dry conditions
- Must show initiative to come into work on time ready to start the day without being prompted
- Must have the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions to the employer's satisfaction
- Applicant must be willing to work 10+ hours a day as well as Saturdays as needed
